Eve is a secure, smart-contract-enabled platform built to facilitate end-to-end financial transactions such as corporate expense management and business financing via peer-to-peer (P2P) receivables funding.

Each user creates a corporate profile to sign up for the platform. These corporate profiles are verified through the uploading of valid verification documentation which is vetted and checked by an account executive to each user.

A limit will be assigned to each user based on the respective corporate profile. The user can choose to: (i) execute expense management via our Corporate Expense Management Prepaid card; (ii) borrow to finance receivables; or (iii) use our Business Expense Management service.

Our Business peer to peer funding is secured by the receivables of the applying business and funded via a business-to-business, peer-to-peer model. This B2B-4-P2P model manages the risk associated with a purely P2P model by leveraging business receivables. This process is subject to AML/CFT regulations.

A lender can evaluate borrowers by reviewing a loan request form (LRF), then indicating their deserved loan terms to fund the transaction. Our account executive will then reach out to facilitate the completion of the transaction via our smart-contract-enabled platform.

Business borrowers can fill out a Loan Request Form (LRF) after verification of profile. Supporting documentation has to be provided to justify the loan application.

An account executive will evaluate the request. The request will then be displayed to potential business lenders for review.
